Summer Stylin' 2025.
Greetings, Ladies and Gents,
I'd like to wish you and yours a continued memorable summer season as we sneakily find ourselves already on the cusp of August! In the spirit of a true "Summer Break," I do not plan to be in front of you long today as you should be outside (and inside) doing what you enjoy and taking it easy. But I did want to simply share a few of the summer looks I've put together on my end thus far. If you know anything about me, you'll know that summer fashion isn't typically my bag as I feel more limited by it than in my preferred season of fall. However, we work with what we have, even when sweat is inevitably hitting us at the front door.
Below are just a few brief examples of looks that I've gone with during these overly hot(not to mention storm filled!) months of Summer '25. You'll see that although I don't feel like I have as many options to put together this time of year, I've still found subtle ways to present a semblance of variety. One day I can be wearing one of my staples: a timeless screen printed tee, cool designed shorts, and a dope pair of conversation-worthy sneakers. Another day I can go the athletic route: a basketball jersey with complementary shorts or even a classic hockey jersey and a unique pair of baggy jeans when we get the randomly cooled down summer night. You may even catch me in a matching set such as the crimson and cream one below, if I feel like making a statement and leg day in the gym has been particularly kind to me that week!
What am I trying to get across in this short and sweet post? It may be less comfortable wearing different styles, fabrics and what not in the summertime, especially when the sweat factor introduces itself into your space without an invite. However, you can still do your part and present your coolest self based on your own personal taste, at least until you've located the next AC unit. Stay cool...and I mean that in every sense of the phrase.
